Digital Project Manager – Affinity Creative Group
Description
We’re seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager who is expert at overseeing multiple digital and social media projects including website design and development, social media strategy and management, content development, and omnichannel campaigns. The right candidate will guide project teams to successful solutions through a detailed understanding of client needs, program objectives, and an in-depth knowledge of all relevant digital disciplines, platforms, and tools.
You are highly organized, a clear communicator, and able to lead and motivate with persuasion, diplomacy and reason. From concept to code, you’re managing, anticipating, and influencing all factors to move projects forward to a positive outcome. You’re well-established with digital program experience, best practices, and project management methodologies, and understand how and when to apply them. You are on top of every project phase and effortlessly juggle multiple client programs with competing priorities while balancing studio assignments and workload.
You’ll manage schedules, identify actions needed, and organize and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations, multiple demands, and competing priorities
- Track progress of projects from conception to completion, scheduling the project team, assigning tasks, and report status
- Oversee project schedules including development and maintenance of comprehensive task list, dependencies and milestones, review meetings; manage deviations from plan and reconciling hours spent on projects to ensure profitability, avoid ‘scope creep’ and address incremental budget needs with team/clients
- Manage project financials including initial estimates and budget tracking. Communicate with accounting team to arrange project billing and provide information necessary to protect and claim revenue
- Coordinate daily with Creative Directors, Account Directors/Managers, and other staff members to determine the status, opportunities, and obstacles of assigned projects
- Verify project details, changes and revisions to provide clear direction to the creative staff
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on budget and on schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years digital project management experience within a digital marketing, advertising or branding agency
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, social media strategy and management, and content creation, production and execution
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
- Collaborative, flexible, resourceful and thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Experience/proficiency with Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
